• Contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and business information.
• Project information, such as service type, location, urgency, budget, timeline, photos if enabled, and details shared in the conversation.
• Conversation data, including messages exchanged with the AI assistant and related lead qualification signals.
• Website and technical data, such as source page URL, timestamps, visitor/session identifiers, IP-derived metadata, browser, device, and event logs.
• Contractor account information, such as service areas, routing preferences, notification settings, and widget configuration.

• To operate the GC Claw widget and qualify website visitors as potential leads.
• To create lead packages, route notifications, and help contractors respond to inquiries.
• To provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
• To analyze conversation data and improve qualification flows, system performance, and AI behavior.
• To maintain records needed for billing, compliance, dispute resolution, and service operations.

GC Claw uses AI model providers to generate responses, summarize conversations, and help qualify leads. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Contractors are responsible for reviewing communications and decisions before acting on them.

We may share information with service providers that help us deliver GC Claw, including OpenAI, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Slack, and Firecrawl when website scanning is enabled. These providers process information only for service operations, support, security, and related business purposes.

If phone-based communication features are enabled, users may receive calls, texts, or other communications related to their inquiry. GC Claw will expand this policy and consent language before launching automated calling or SMS features.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support contractors, improve system quality, maintain security, and meet legal or operational obligations. You may request deletion by contacting nelson@dynibyte.com.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and vendor-managed storage protections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by emailing nelson@dynibyte.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

GC Claw is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
